Immigration Form Specialist Services
As an experienced Immigration Form Specialist (IFS) trained through the National Notary Association (NNA) and developed in collaboration with practicing immigration attorneys, I offer a range of services designed to help individuals navigate the immigration process efficiently and accurately. While I do not provide legal advice, I assist clients with completing the necessary paperwork and gathering the supporting documents required for their immigration applications.
Mobile Service:
To provide maximum convenience, Immigration Form Specialist Services are mobile and can be conducted at your home or any other location of your choice. Whether you prefer to meet in the comfort of your own space or at a convenient location, I will come to you to ensure the immigration process is handled with ease and efficiency.
Services Provided:
Form I-130: Family Petition – Assisting U.S. citizens and permanent residents in petitioning for their family members to join them in the United States.
Form I-485: Application for Permanent Residency – Helping individuals complete and submit the necessary application to adjust their status to that of a lawful permanent resident.
Form N-400: Application for Citizenship – Guiding applicants through the process of applying for U.S. citizenship.
Non-Legal Immigration Services:
As an Immigration Form Specialist, I provide the following non-legal immigration services:
Assisting with Completing Forms: Helping individuals accurately complete immigration forms and applications.
Translation Services: Translating a person’s answers to questions on immigration forms to ensure accuracy.
Document Collection: Helping clients collect necessary supporting documents, such as birth certificates and other vital records, to complete immigration forms.
Submitting Forms: Submitting completed forms to immigration authorities on behalf of clients.
Referral to Attorneys: Providing referrals to immigration attorneys when legal representation is needed for complex immigration matters.
What’s Off-Limits for an Immigration Form Specialist:
While I can offer assistance with the completion of forms and document gathering, there are certain services I am not authorized to provide:
Legal Advice: I do not provide advice on how to obtain a work permit, visa, or other immigration status, or suggest specific forms for your case.
Answer Selection: I cannot advise clients on the answers they should put on an immigration form or make legal determinations about what is applicable to their case.
Legal Representation: I do not represent clients before government agencies or immigration courts, as I am not an attorney or accredited representative.
Promises of Results: I do not promise or guarantee any immigration benefits or outcomes.
Confidentiality and Transparency:
I am committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all clients and ensuring that you fully understand the services being provided. Please note that I provide a specified notice, both verbally and in writing, in accordance with Oklahoma law regarding non-legal immigration services.
If legal representation or advice is required, I will provide a referral to an attorney or accredited representative.
